2018-2019 Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility Applications
With the support of TEDU Erasmus+ 2018-2019 and AHILER consortium 2018-2019 budgets Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility will take place during the summer semester. For the students who wish to benefit from the student mobility for traineeships under the scope of Erasmus + Higher Education Programme in the 2018-2019 academic year, the application period is 08-29 April, 2019. Application requests to be made later than April 29, 2019 at 17.00 will not be accepted.
Whereas prep school students and the irregular students of the 1st grade cannot apply to the mobilities, those who will graduate at the end of the Spring Semester of the Academic Year 2018-2019 can.
Applications will be made to the International Programmes Office in person.
The required documents for the application are listed below:
- Application form
- A current transcript of records (received from the Registrar's Office)
- Acceptance/Invitation Letter (received from an institution and showing the mobility will last during 60 days)
In the evaluation, the cumulative GPAs of the students and the scores of the Erasmus+ English language exam held by ELS will affect the total scores equally.
3 students from the Faculty of Engineering will be granted by AHILER consortium.
Those who think there is a mistake in the lists can appeal to IPO in the announced period which will be published on the web page of IPO. Students who give up their participation in traineeship mobility should submit their waiver petitions to the International Programs Office between the given dates.
