For the students who wish to benefit from the student mobility for traineeship under the scope of Erasmus + Higher Education Programme in the 2017-2018 academic year, the application period is March 19 – April 06, 2018. Application requests to be made later than April 06, 2018 at 17.00 will not be accepted.
Whereas prep school students and the irregular students of the 1st grade cannot apply to the mobilities, those who will graduate at the end of the Spring Semester of the Academic Year 2017-2018 can.
Applications will be made to the International Programmes Office in person.
The required documents for the application are listed below:
- Application form
- A current transcript of records (received from the Registrar's Office)
- Acceptance/Invitation Letter (received from an institution and showing the mobility will last during 60 days)
In the evaluation, the cumulative GPAs of the students and the scores of the Erasmus+ English language exam held by ELS will affect the total scores equally. Elections shall be held in accordance with the quota determined annually by the International Programmes Commission. The quotas for the 2018-2019 Education Year can be accessed here.
Those who think there is a mistake in the lists can appeal to IPO in the announced period which will be published on the web page of IPO. Students who give up their participation in traineeship mobility should submit their waiver petitions to the International Programs Office between the given dates.
