Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Applications

Within the Erasmus+ Higher Education Program, Staff Mobility for Teaching and Training will be held with the 2017-2018 Erasmus+ budget.

Under the scope of the program, two academic staff will be able attend teaching mobility and two administrative/academic staff will be able to attend training mobility.

Mobility can be minimum 2 days (+2 days for travelling), and maximum 5 days (+2 days for travelling).

It is obligatory to tutor at least 8 hours within the teaching mobility. The content of the mobility can be determined mutually with the host institution. For example, a minimum of 8 hours of teaching can be held in the form of workshops or seminars. Conference participation is not supported within the scope of the activity.

The mobility will have to be completed by May 31st, 2019 at the latest.

Applications will be submitted to the International Programs Office on December 10-21, 2018.

Teaching (Academic Staff)

  • Application Form
  • Invitation letter from the host university (the university must be one of the TEDU Erasmus+ Partners. The list of the partner universities can be reached here.)

 

Training (Administrative / Academic Staff)

  • Application Form
  • Invitation letter from the host university or company (any company in the EU member countries or the program countries; or one of the universities that TEDU has a bilateral agreement with)
  • Certificate of foreign language proficiency (if there is any!) (YDS, TOEFL, course attendance certificate etc.)

 

Application conditions:

  • Candidates must be full-time staff members who are actively on duty at TEDU at the time of application.
  • Candidates are expected to contact host university or company prior to the application deadline, and to receive an admission. Admission by an e-mail will also be considered valid at the time of application.
  • Admission decision by the host university does not have to be prepared by the rector or the dean. It is sufficient to obtain an approval from the unit where the activity will take place.
  • Both academic and administrative staff can apply for training activities. However, the applications of administrative staff will be prioritized.
  • For training mobility, participation in ”Staff Week” or “Job Shadowing” activities can also be acceptable, provided that they are compatible with the field of work/study. Related ads are available at the following link: http://staffmobility.eu/.

 

Evaluation:

In the evaluation process, criteria such as the term of office at TEDU, foreign language proficiency, and previous participations in Erasmus+ activities will be taken into consideration.
