2018-2019 AHILER Consortium Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility Applications 2. Announcement
For the Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility, AHILER consortium 2018-2019 budget was increased for an extra participant by Hacettepe University. Within this context, one more student from the Faculty of Engineering, who have taken the Erasmus+ English Proficiency Exam and have min. 2.5 CGPA can apply to the traineeship.
The application period is May 23- June 11, 2019. Application requests to be made later than June 11, 2019 at 17.00 will not be accepted.
Whereas prep school students and the irregular students of the 1st grade cannot apply to the mobility, those who will graduate at the end of the Spring Semester of the Academic Year 2018-2019 can.
Applications will be made to the International Programs Office in person.
The required documents for the application are listed below:
- Application form
- A current transcript of records (received from the Registrar's Office)
- Acceptance/Invitation Letter (received from an institution and showing the mobility will last min. 60 days)
In the evaluation, the cumulative GPAs of the students and the scores of the Erasmus+ English language exam held by ELS will affect the total scores equally.
Those who think there is a mistake in the lists can appeal to IPO in the announced period which will be published on the web page of IPO. Students who give up their participation in traineeship mobility should submit their waiver petitions to the International Programs Office between the given dates.
