Undergraduate Application

Dear Applicant,

Please pay attention to the instructions below before starting to fill out the form.

1. You can log in to the program via a user code and password. Your password have been sent to your e‐mail address which you submitted while entering the system. Please do not delete this e‐mail. You do not have to complete the entire application program at once. You can continue to feel it out at various sessions by using your e‐mail address and password.
2. The application program consists of several sections. Click the ‘Next’ button after completing each section until you reach the final section. Before submitting the form you can always go back to a previous section by the ‘Previous’ button and make changes or if you require to continue filling in the form at a later time you can use the ‘Save Draft’ button.
3. The required documents in the form should be in pdf or jpg format and not exceed 5 MB.
4. When you complete filling out all the sections, please submit your application. Be aware that without submitting your application, your application will not be taken into evaluation!!! You cannot make any changes on your application form after submitting it.
5. Please do not submit more than one application!
