For students who wish to benefit from the student mobility for studies under the scope of Erasmus + Higher Education Programme in the 2018-2019 academic year, the application period is February 23 - March 20, 2018. Application requests to be made later than March 20, 2018 at 17.00 will not be accepted.
Prep school students and the irregular students of the 1st grade cannot apply, and It is not possible to benefit from the mobility during the second semester of the 4th grade.
Applications will be made to the International Programmes Office in person.

In the evaluation, the cumulative GPAs of the students and the scores of the Erasmus+ English language exam held by ELS will affect the total scores equally. Elections shall be held in accordance with the quota determined annually by the International Programmes Commission. The quotas for the 2018-2019 Education Year can be accessed here.
After the evaluation of all scores, placement is done accordingly by taking into account the preference order of the students. Both main and reserved lists are determined for the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies and announced on the web page of IPO. If you think there is a mistake in the lists, you can appeal to IPO in the announced period which will be published on the web page of IPO. When the lists are announced, the Erasmus+ grant allocated to the University isnot certain yet, because of that the selected students are still assumed in the candidate category. The election results become final only after the Turkish National Agency declares the grant distribution results. Detailed information on how the process works for applicants can be found here.
It is recommended that students who plan to take advantage of the mobility should consult to their Erasmus+ Coordinator on the subjects, such as course equivalences, school preferences, and in which periods it will be more advantageous to study abroad.
