Erasmus+ Staff Mobility 2. Call (Within the Scope of YITAK Grant)

Becuase of a renouncement of one personel from the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training,  two administrative/academic staff will be able to participate in the program through the grant of ATO YITAK Consortium, which is €1,650.

Mobility should be planned for a total of 4 days including 2 working days + 2 travel days. In the case that it is noticed through the certificate of attendance that the beneficiary is engaged in activity for less than 2 days, the activity is deemed invalid and the beneficiary is not paid any grants.

Countries where the mobilities can be carried out: Germany, Latvia, Macedonia, Malta, Slovak Republic, Estonia, Croatia, Lithuania and Slovenia

In accordance with the rules set by National Agency;

  • Administrative staff,
  • Personnel who have not previously benefited from staff mobility,
  • Members of the departments or units previously not included in staff mobility,
  • Applicants who are planning to carry out mobility activities with a country or higher education institution that has not taken part in the staff mobility before,
  • Disabled persons,
  • Veterans and relatives of veterans and martyrs

are prioritized.

For our staff members who will participate in the mobilities should attend trainings ( job shadowing, observation periods, professional development courses or specific competence-building events) through which they can develop their skills in relation to their current fields of work at the universities/institutions in the programme countries whereas it is not compulsory to have an Erasmus+ agreement.

Conference participation is not supported within the scope of the activity!

Applications are open between:5-20 April 2018

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Candidates must have a full-time staff at the time of application and actually be on duty.

2. It is anticipated that the mobility institution will be contacted prior to the deadline for application. Acceptance by electronic mail will also be considered valid at the time of application.

3. It is not a condition that pre-admission is at the level of rectorship / dean's, it is sufficient to obtain approval from the unit where the activity will take place.

Required documents:

1. Pre-acceptance letter / e-mail

2. Application form (available under the title "required documents")

3. Documents regarding foreign language level (YDS, TOEFL, course attendance certificate etc.) (only for administrative staff)

4. Document showing graduate degree (if any) (graduate / doctoral diploma) (only for administrative staff)

Application documents must be sent to erasmus@tedu.edu.tr or submitted to the International Programs Office by 20 April 2018.
