Erasmus+ Staff Mobility

3 teaching and 3 training mobility will be supported by TEDU 2018-2019 Erasmus+ Budget.

Within the scope of Erasmus+ staff mobility, TED University Academics teach at universities which TEDU has a bilateral agreement with; and Administrative/Academic staff attend trainings (job shadowing, observation periods, professional development courses or specific competence-building events) at the universities/institutions in the program countries whereas it is not compulsory to have an Erasmus+ agreement for TEDU.

Within the training program, it will be possible attend one of the events listed on the following link: http://staffmobility.eu/staff-week-search Some of the events listed over here have a participation fee. Before applying to such events with participation fee, it has been suggested to consult with the International Programs Office.

Conference participation is not supported within the scope of the activity.

If there is not enough application in one of the mobility group, then its quota will be able to allocate to other mobility group.

For staff mobility activities, the duration of the activity is set to be at least 2 consecutive days and no more than 5 workdays excluding the days of travelling. The duration of the activity is 7 days in total (5 working days + 2 travel days). Staff, who attend the program, will be granted daily according to the country that will be visited. Additionally, the transportation expenses will also be covered by the University depending on the distance calculator. Detailed information can be reached here.

If the attendance into the mobility is not fulfilled at least for 2 days, the activity is deemed invalid and the beneficiary is not paid any grants.

Academic staff members who plan to attend teaching mobility can reach the list of universities that TEDU has a bilateral agreement with, here.
