2021-2022 Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies Applications
Erasmus+ Higher Education Student Mobility for Studies 2021/2022 Academic Year will be funded by 2020/2021 Erasmus+ Higher Education Program KA-103 Budget allocated to TED University. Application details are given below.
Important Notice
1.Students with below-mentioned conditions cannot apply to the program!
- Students who have not taken the Erasmus+ English Language Exam held on February, 26th 2021.
- Irregular students in their first semester of the first year during the application window.
- English Language School students in preparatory class.
- Students with a cumulative GPA lower than 2.50 for undergraduate programs and 2.75 for graduate programs.
- Graduate students who have completed their course period and about to begin their thesis stage.
- Third year students who are to apply for their second semester of the 4th year, i.e. the semester of graduation. (These students may only apply for the first semester of their 4th year).
2.Students who are to apply to the program must fulfill the conditions given below!
- Students must have a TEDU course load of minimum 30 ECTS in the semester of mobility.
- A course load of 30 ECTS is required to be taken in the host university.
- Courses with 30 ECTS taken in the host university must be recognized by the related Department/Faculty of TED University.
Application Window
Application window is between April 21st and May 11th, 2021. Applications submitted later than 6.00 pm on May 11th 2021 will not be accepted.
Rules to be Observed Prior to Application
Students must contact the Erasmus+ Departmental Coordinator and receive their approval for the host university they are planning to apply for mobility.
In case the related Erasmus+ Departmental Coordinator did not approve the host university for the students who have not completed this procedure before the application can only change their host university after all other candidates are placed and confirmed; and provided that contingency is available for the university to be chosen as substitute. Otherwise, the mobility may be cancelled.

This year, applications will be made via http://erasmus.tedu.edu.tr for the first time ever. You are required to review the application guide carefully before submitting your application. Click here for the application guide.

To have participated in the mobility program previously (with or without grant) | -10 Points |
Mobility in the country of nationality of the student | -10 Points |
Application to the two different types of mobility at the same time (reduction is applied to the mobility type that the student prefers) | -10 Points |
Failing to participate in the admitted program in the previous year without submitting a statement of renounce. | -10 Points |
Failing to attend meetings/seminars about mobility without excuse in the previous year. | -5 Points |
* Related certification must be submitted to the International Programs Office within the Application Window.
