2017-2018 Academic Year Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Applications
In the framework of 2017-2018 Academic Year Erasmus+ Higher Education Program Staff Mobility for Teaching and Training, the announcement below is prepared for the academic and administrative staff of our University.
Under the scope of the program, 1 staff for teaching and 2 staff for training will be able to benefit from the mobility minimum for 2 days (+2 days for travelling), and maximum for 5 days (+2 days for travelling). In teaching activity, it is obligatory to tutor at least 8 hours within the program in order to evaluate the activity as valid.
The selected personnel will have to complete their mobility by May 1st, 2018 at the latest.
Applications will be made to the International Programs Office on December 11-15, 2017.

Teaching (Academic Staff)

- Invitation letter from the host university (the university must be one of the TEDU Erasmus+ Partners. The list of TEDU partner universities can be reached here.)
* Conference participation is not supported within the scope of the activity.
Training (Administrative and Academic Staff)
- Application Form
- Invitation letter from the host university or company (any company in the EU Program countries or one of the universities that TEDU has a bilateral agreement with)
- Certificate of foreign language proficiency (if there is any!) (YDS, TOEFL, IELTS, course attendance certificate etc.)
Application conditions:
- Candidates must be full-time staff members who are actively on duty at TEDU at the time of application.
- Candidates are expected to contact host university or company prior to the application deadline, and to receive an admission. Admission by an e-mail will also be considered valid at the time of application.
- Admission decision by the hosting university is not required to be taken by the rector or faculty dean. It is sufficient to obtain approval from the unit where the activity will take place.
- Both academic and administrative staff can apply for training activities. However, the applications of administrative staff will be prioritized.
Evaluation:
In the evaluation process, criteria such as term of office at TEDU, foreign language profeciency, or previous participations in Erasmus+ activities will be taken into consideration.
