We are READY for your Registration!!

We are excited to welcome you to TED University and support you throughout your registration and orientation process. Please read the following information carefully to ensure a smooth registration experience.

📌 Registration Periods for International Students

The registration process consists of three different periods. 

You can register during any of the following periods in person at the Office of International Programs, Monday to Friday, between 09.30 and 17.00.

English Proficiency Exam Dates

1 July–4 August 2025

11–12 - 13 August 2025 

5–25 August 2025

2–3 - 4 September 2025 

26 August–20 September 2025

Please note that students are allowed to take the English Proficiency Exam only once; participating in more than one exam session is not permitted.


 

The English Proficiency Exams on both August 11 and September 2 will take place at 9:30 A.M. in Block B, classrooms 448, 450, and 451.

📘 English Proficiency Requirement

Since the medium of instruction at TED University is English, all international students must either:

The English Proficiency Exam is also used for placement purposes if you are required to attend the English Prep Program.

If you do not have any knowledge of English and would like to be placed directly into the Elementary level of the English Preparatory Program, you may submit a petition instead of taking the English Proficiency Exam.

📄 Required Documents for Registration

You will need to bring the original versions of required documents with you at the time of registration. Please refer to this link for the full list of required documents:

All students must pay at least one semester's tuition fee at the Financial Affairs Office to complete the registration process.

📨 Important Notes

  • During registration, you will be asked to provide a secondary email address (hotmail, gmail etc.). Please make sure to write it correctly, as it will be used to activate and access your TEDU student email account. 
     

  • Without submitting the required documents and completing the tuition payment, your registration will not be finalized.
