Placement Results – Erasmus+ Study Mobility 2026–2027
Dear Students,
The placement results for the 2026-2027 Academic Year Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies are now available here.
Kindly check your status and the explanations below:
Selected (Erasmus+ Grant):
Students selected for the Erasmus+ Programme with a grant.
Selected (Zero Grant):
Students selected for the Erasmus+ Programme without a grant.
Not Selected:
Students who could not be placed due to the quota limitations of the receiving institutions, even if they applied for zero-grant participation.
Petition Submission
Students must submit the relevant petition by 23 March 2026 according to their status:
Selected (Erasmus+ Grant) but do not wish to participate:
→ Erasmus+ Öğrenim Hareketliliği Feragat Formu (TR)
→ Erasmus+ Studies Withdrawal Request Form (EN)
Selected (Zero Grant) and wish to participate without a grant:
→ Erasmus+ Öğrenim Hareketliliği Hibesiz Yararlanma Dilekçesi (TR)
→ Erasmus+ Studies Petition for Zero Grant Participation (EN)
Please note that we only accept electronic submissions for petitions or request forms. Physical copies will not be accepted.

Department Quota Distribution
Since no applications were received from the following departments, their quotas were transferred to the highest-ranking students within the same faculty:
- Mathematics
- Early Childhood Education
- Civil Engineering
Orientation Meetings
Orientation meetings will be organized separately for Fall and Spring Semester participants:
Fall Semester Participants:
10 April 2026
Spring Semester Participants:
2 October 2026
Detailed information regarding the meeting time and venue will be shared later.
Nomination Process
The nomination procedures for Fall Semester participants will be carried out during this semester.
The nomination procedures for Spring Semester participants will begin from September 2026 onwards.
Please check your e-mails regularly for updates regarding the nomination and application procedures required by the Receiving Institutions.
