Important Notes

  • Taking the exam does not guarantee placement in the Erasmus+ Student Mobility. Eligible students must also submit their applications for the 2025/26 Erasmus+ Calls, which will open in late January following the announcement of Fall Semester grades. Students are encouraged to plan accordingly.
  • This year, the Erasmus+ calendar has been adjusted to allow students more time for visa applications. As a result, there is no GPA threshold for exam participation since first-year, first-semester students do not yet have transcripts. However, students with a GPA below 2.50 (undergraduate) or 2.75 (graduate) and English Language School students are not eligible for the Erasmus+ Student Mobility.
  • Students who apply for the exam but fail to attend without a valid excuse (force majeure) will receive a -5 point penalty on their weighted selection score if they apply for any Erasmus+ mobility in the future.
