2025-2026 Erasmus+ Studies Application Results

Dear Students,

The final placement results for the 2025-2026 Academic Year Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies are now available here.

The previously announced lists were provisional and subject to re-evaluation. Following the Internationalization Commission Meeting held on 21.03.2025, necessary adjustments have been made by the relevant regulations. The final placement lists have now been confirmed. We will proceed with the nomination process and provide further details regarding the next steps soon. Please stay updated via our email announcements.

Please review your status and the corresponding explanations below:

  • Selected (Erasmus+ Grant Awarded): Students who have been selected for mobility with a grant and placed on the main list. These students will be directly nominated to the Receiving Institutions. Students wishing to withdraw from their mobility must submit a withdrawal petition by 21 March 2025 (only applicable to Fall Semester exchange students).
  • Selected (Zero-Grant): Students who have been selected for mobility without a grant and placed on the reserve list. To be considered for nomination to the Receiving Institutions, these students must submit a petition expressing their intention to participate without a grant by 21 March 2025 (only applicable to Fall Semester exchange students). Spring Semester exchange students should wait for further announcements from our office.
  • Not Selected: Students who could not be placed due to quota limitations for their preferred institutions or did not list any further preferences.

Each student has been assigned a mobility advisor based on the group of countries. Mobility advisors will assist you in preparing for your exchange semester, applying to the Receiving Institutions, and gathering the required documents for the entire mobility period. You can check your mobility advisor from the list.

Academic Year Exchanges

Students who selected the academic year as their exchange duration have been placed according to the mobility duration stated in the agreements with their preferred institutions. These students have been initially placed for the Fall Semester as part of the first phase. The possibility of an academic year exchange is subject to the host university’s acceptance during the nomination procedure.

Nomination Process

What is Nomination? Being selected does not mean automatic participation in the mobility program. After selection, students must go through the nomination process, where our office officially informs the Receiving Institutions about the selected students. However, students are still considered candidates until they complete the next steps. To participate in the mobility, students must submit their applications to the Receiving Institutions after the nomination process and receive their official acceptance letters.

  • The nomination procedure for Fall Semester exchange students will take place between mid-March and April.
  • Spring Semester exchange students will receive notifications starting from August.
  • Please check your emails regularly for updates regarding your application to the Receiving Institutions.

Congratulations to all selected students, and thank you for your patience!
