Dear Students,
The placement results for the 2024-2025 Academic Year Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Traineeships are now available here.
Kindly check your status and the explanations:
- Participant (Erasmus+ Grant): Students entitled to participate in the Erasmus+ Traineeships with a grant in the main list. Students who want to withdraw from their mobility must submit their petition by 6 May 2024 (Only for the Participants with Erasmus+ Grant).
- On a Reserve List: A place on a reserve list means that you fulfilled the requirements for the Erasmus+ Traineeships, but considering the funded quotas available, your score among the applicants was not enough. These students are entitled to participate in the Erasmus+ Traineeships without a grant in the reserve list.
- Not Placed: Students who can not be placed due to not submitting a Letter of Acceptance during the application period.
Please be informed that we only accept electronic submissions for petitions or request forms. We kindly request that you refrain from submitting physical copies. We will only accept scanned copies of your documents, so please ensure they are in a suitable format. Please direct all submissions to erasmus@tedu.edu.tr
Only students on the Main List (Participant with Erasmus+ Grant) can withdraw from their mobilities!
We have received insufficient valid applications to fill the designated quotas from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, and Graduate School. Therefore, the remaining quotas have been allocated to the faculties that received the highest number of valid applications:
- From Economics and Administrative Sciences to Education (+2)
- From Arts and Sciences to Architecture and Design (+1)
- From Graduate School to Engineering (+1)
All participants must attend the Erasmus+ Traineeships Orientation Meeting planned on 15 May 2024. The meeting venue and time will be shared with you later on.
